Zell Dincht: Okay, spiky blonde hair, martial arts usage, weird fashion sense? Zell is Sabin's CLONE. Zell's tragic pants are pretty strange, but at least he doesn't have a mullet. The facial tattoo is kind of a cool touch, although it looks sort of like it was added just to differentiate him from Sabin. Zell is more hot-tempered than Sabin, who's generally easygoing, and while Sabin is apparently massive, Zell borders on petite. Borders... who am I kidding? He's teeny. He's MY height, and I'm on the short side. And I'm a girl.

Tifa Lockhart: Okay, she LOOKS nothing like Sabin, and acts nothing like him, although she shares his fondness for body-hugging tank tops. Like him, however, and like all other monks, she fights using gloves and claws, and possesses special, niftier-looking martial arts moves.

Yang: Again, no physical resemblance, but he's a monk, too. Yang is actually a bit more like Cyan - a noble, honorable, and highly disciplined soldier, older than the rest of the party.

Amarant Coral: Agh, I hate Amarant. He has no personality and he's stupid. And he sucks. :P~ I'm so mature. Anyway. Amarant's a monk. And a ninja. And a samurai. Basically, Amarant is the "Misc." character. Very strong, very useful, but such a dork.

Zidane Tribal: He's blonde, he's nice, and he's pretty easygoing about most things, except where Dagger's concerned. Sabin might have had a lot in common with Zidane when he was younger, though it's hard to say for sure. It's much easier to draw parallels between Zidane and Edgar, as they are both total horndogs.

Sagara Sanosuke: They both fight with their fists, they both have spiky hair, and they both tend not to take things too seriously. Although Sano does like to angst a bit more than Sabin does. Even so, their attitudes are similar.
